This modern holiday apartment is located directly next to the Nebelhorn cable car. It offers great accommodation at the foot of the Allgäu Alps for both couples and solo adventurers.

The approximately 25m² 1-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a large apartment building and features a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a west-facing balcony, and a combined sleeping/living room with a large double bed (1.80×2.00m).

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, a TV, a dishwasher and a Senseo coffee machine.

Free resident parking spaces are available in the courtyard, subject to availability.

Outside, a furnished west-facing balcony awaits you. From there, you can watch the sunset. Enjoy the fantastic view as a relaxing break after eventful excursions in our beautiful Allgäu region! Whether you reached the Nebelhorn summit casually by gondola or as a seasoned mountaineer, we offer you the perfect holiday experience combining adventure, relaxation, and rejuvenation!

In summer, all our guests receive a free mountain railway ticket for their entire stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf and the nearby Kleinwalsertal valley daily. You can find detailed information in the guest information folder on site.

Beautiful slopes, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking paths await all winter sports enthusiasts. You can easily reach each valley station by bus or car. The Nebelhorn ski area is only 200 meters from your holiday apartment.

You can quickly reach all the surrounding towns and villages by car. During peak season, the local bus is recommended, which also serves destinations that are inaccessible by car without a permit. These include, for example, Spielmannsau in the Trettach Valley or Birgsau in the Stillach Valley, from where you can embark on fantastic mountain hikes in the Allgäu High Alps.

The train/bus station is only 900m away. The vibrant city center begins just 200m from your front door. Whether supermarket, restaurant or boutique: everything is in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.

Fresh bread rolls can be delivered daily upon request.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for you.

Smoking is not permitted in the holiday apartment.

Bringing pets is not allowed.

A video doorbell with a camera is installed at the entrance. It serves exclusively for security and organizational purposes.
