This cozy holiday apartment is centrally located in Oberstdorf. It offers great accommodation at the foot of the Allgäu Alps for couples, families, and solo adventurers alike.

The approximately 60m² two-room apartment is located on the top floor (no elevator) and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom offers a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and a single bed (0.90 x 2.00m). The living room has a sofa bed with a proper mattress (1.50 x 2.00m). The apartment can therefore accommodate up to five people.

Dogs are welcome in this apartment.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a Senseo coffee machine. Parking is free in our parking area.

Outside, a furnished north-facing balcony awaits you. From there, you can gaze at the Rubihorn mountain. Enjoy the fantastic view as a relaxing break after eventful excursions in our beautiful Allgäu region! Whether you reached the Nebelhorn mountain leisurely by gondola or as a seasoned mountaineer, we offer you the perfect holiday experience combining adventure, relaxation, and rejuvenation!

In summer, all our guests receive a free mountain railway ticket for their entire stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf and the nearby Kleinwalsertal valley. You can find detailed information in the guest information folder on site.

Beautiful slopes, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking paths await all winter sports enthusiasts. You can easily reach each valley station by bus or car. The Nebelhorn ski area is only 1 km from your holiday apartment.

You can quickly reach all the surrounding towns and villages by car. During peak season, the local bus is recommended, which also serves destinations that are inaccessible by car without a permit. These include, for example, Spielmannsau in the Trettach Valley or Birgsau in the Stillach Valley, from where you can embark on fantastic mountain hikes in the Allgäu High Alps.

The train/bus station is only 1 km away. The  city center begins just 500 m from your front door. Whether supermarket, restaurant or boutique: everything is in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot.

Fresh bread rolls can be delivered daily upon request.

Bed linens and towels are provided.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.

The building has a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated clothes dryer.

A video doorbell with a camera is installed at the entrance. It serves exclusively for security and organizational purposes.
