This cozy holiday apartment is in a fantastic location in Oberstdorf. It offers great accommodation for both couples and adventurers traveling alone at the foot of the Allgäu Alps with a view of the Söllereck.
The price includes the summer-mountain-railway-ticket and the use of two e-bikes.
The 30 sqm bright 1 - room apartment is on the 1st floor and has a spacious living room, new kitchen, double bed (1.80x2.00), west-facing balcony and a newly renovated bathroom.
Amenities include free WiFi, Netflix, cable TV and a Senseo coffee maker. A furnished balcony awaits you outside. Enjoy the evening sun to relax after eventful excursions in our beautiful Oberallgäu! Regardless of whether you have reached the Nebelhorn casually with the gondola or as a capable mountaineer, we offer you the optimal holiday experience of adventure, rest and relaxation!
In the summer, all our guests receive a free mountain railway ticket for the entire duration of their stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf as well as the nearby Kleinwalsertal. You can find detailed information in the guest information folder available on site.
130 kilometers of pistes, cross-country ski runs and winter hiking trails await all enthusiastic winter sports enthusiasts. You can easily get to any valley station by bus or car. The Nebelhorn ski area is only 0.8 km away from your holiday apartment.
Free parking is available to residents in front of the house.
You can quickly reach all places in the area by car. In the high season, we recommend the local bus, which incidentally also reaches destinations that you are not allowed to drive to by car without an entry permit. These include, for example, Spielmannsau in Trettachtal or Birgsau in Stillachtal, from where you can go on great mountain tours in the Allgäu High Alps.
You can reach the baker on foot in 3 minutes or you can have fresh rolls delivered to your door.
Bed linen and towels are provided for you.
Bringing pets and smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
A video doorbell with a camera is installed at the entrance. It serves exclusively for security and organizational purposes.

Ortsnahe Lage
Für uns lag die Wohnung perfekt. Nicht mitten im Zentrum und dich alles schnell zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Bahnhof in 900 m, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Böcker in ca. 500 m. Wohnung ist klein, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Balkon haben wir nicht viel genutzt, da wir bis zum späten Nachmittag unterwegs waren. Eine Lichtquelle mehr in der Wohnung wäre schön gewesen. An einer Schiene zum leichteren Transport nach oben für die Räder wird gearbeitet. Kontakt mit Bergfex unkompliziert, schnell und freundlich. Räder waren gut in Schuss und sogar Helme waren vorhanden, vorbildlich! Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt - es war alles vorhanden, alles sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Lage, das Bergbahnticket und auch die E-Bikes sind für einen entspannten Urlaub perfekt. Wir konnten schöne Touren unternehmen. Vielen Dank auch für die gute Vorbereitung und Betreuung. Wr kommen gerne wieder :-)
Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Die Bushaltestelle, der Busbahnhof, Supermärkte und das Zentrum von Oberstdorf sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die E-Bikes und vor allem die Bergbahntickets waren einfach klasse! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Ostern in Oberstdorf
Wir waren über Ostern 2025 für 5 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Was sofort positiv auffiehl war die Sauberkeit der gesamten Wohnung incl. Bad usw. Sehr ruhiges Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Es ist alles da was man braucht - Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Tee, Kaffee und alles was in einer Wohnung notwendig ist. Der Stadtbus holt uns jeden Tag ab. Nur die Straße überqueren und einsteigen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen!
Schöner Urlaub
Wir reisten am 17.06.2024 an und fanden eine schöne und saubere Wohnung vor. Das Einchecken verlief problemlos. Die Bergbahntickets / Gästekarte lagen in einm Ordner bereit, der auch alle anderen wichtigen Informationen bereit hielt. Die Wohnung liegt nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Auch der tägliche Gang zum Bäcker ist in nur ein paar Minuten zu bewältigen. Die Fahhräder waren in einem guten Zustand und wurden von uns gerne genutzt. Einzig der Transport der Fahrräder vom verschlossennen Keller ins Freie war etwas umständlich. Das ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir vergeben 4,5 von 5 Punkten.
